Objective:
This short course is for intermediate Procurement Management Maximo users who want to learn how to create Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Receiving, and Invoice records in Maximo. This class covers the purchase of an item, receiving of the item, and invoicing to close out the lifecycle.

Course Description:
In The Procurement Lifecycle class, you will create a PR, create a PO from the approved PR, receive the items in the Receiving application, return items not needed, void a receipt, create an invoice in the Invoicing application to finish up the procurement lifecycle.
You will learn to:

- Create a PO from the approved PR
- Add a work log
- Complete the PO
- Revise a PO
- Receive the PO
- Return items and services

- Void receipts
- Create invoices
