This short course is for advanced work and asset management Maximo users who want to learn how to create and apply Meters, Meter Groups, and Condition Monitoring to their assets.

Prerequisite Classes:

1. Building Your Location and Asset Hierarchies in IBM Maximo 7.6.1.X
2. Creating Job Plans – PMs and Routes in IBM Maximo 7-6-1-X

Do you want to learn how to apply and use meters in Maximo?

Attend this course if you want to:

• create new meters in Maximo.
• build and apply meter groups to assets.
• enter meter readings from within the Assets or Work Order Tracking application.
• upgrade preventive maintenance records to meter based PMs.
• create a condition monitor in Maximo.
• enter condition monitor readings for an asset.
• upgrade your preventive maintenance program to include condition monitors.
• generate CM work orders with appropriate job plans based on condition monitor readings.
