Create Meters, Meter Groups, and Condition Monitoring (in IBM Maximo 7.6.1.x or MAS9 format)

This half-day course is for advanced work and asset management IBM Maximo 7.6.1.x or MAS9 users who want to learn how to create and apply Meters, Meter Groups, and Condition Monitoring to their assets.

Prerequisite Classes: 

1. Building Your Location and Asset Hierarchies in IBM Maximo 7.6.1.x or MAS9
2. Creating and Using Job Plans and PMs in IBM Maximo 7.6.1.x or MAS9

Course Description: 

• create new meters in Maximo.
• build and apply meter groups to assets.
• enter meter readings from within the Assets or Work Order Tracking application.
• upgrade preventive maintenance records to meter based PMs.
• create a condition monitor in Maximo.
• enter condition monitor readings for an asset.
• upgrade your preventive maintenance program to include condition monitors.
• generate CM work orders with appropriate job plans based on condition monitor readings.
