MAS9 Work Management Associate Hands-on Workshop

A single day preparation workshop for taking the Exam C1000-205: IBM Maximo Manage v9 Work Management – Associate. This single day workshop can be offered the day prior to or the day after the MaximoGroups.org user group meetings at the same hotel.

Each student would receive the training materials PDF for all three days of hands-on training. The single day topics presented in the hands-on session will be based on the students attending the workshop and the checklist items they  have in common that they do not currently know.

Specific topics from the test checklist will be covered in all workshops:

• Out of the box statuses in work order tracking
• What tasks each status allows in work order tracking
• Which statuses allow you to move forward and which allows you to move back to previous statuses
• What is a synonym domain
• Describe the relationships and navigation between Work Order and other related records
• (follow-up work orders, service requests, related work orders, and workorder hierarchy)
• User Profile Settings – what user profile settings are required to create a work order?
• Which User Profile Settings affect the creation and processing of a work order?
• Create Work Order Assignments using the planned craft and assignments tab on the work order (not in Lead and Supervisor fields!)
• Workshop attendees will also take at least one practice test for the exam. They will learn where to and how to register for the exam. 
• There will be at least 1 hour of open Q and A with the instructor who has previously passed the exam and been teaching Work Management in Maximo for 10+ years.
