Course Outline - Procurement Lifecycle (available in IBM Maximo 7.6 or MAS9 format

This 90 minute course is for intermediate Procurement Management IBM Maximo 7.6 or MAS9 users who want to learn how to create Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Receiving, and Invoice records. This class covers the purchase of an item, receiving of the item, and invoicing to close out the lifecycle.  

Prerequisite Classes:

1. Getting Started: Navigating & Searching in IBM Maximo 7.6 or MAS9
2. IBM Maximo 7.6 or MAS9 Inventory & Procurement Overview

Course Description: 

•  Create and approve a PR
• Create a PO from the approved PR
• Add a work log
• Complete the PO 
• Revise a PO
• Receive the PO
• Return items and services
• Return items
• Void receipts
• Create invoices
