This 90 minute course is for intermediate Procurement Management Maximo users who want to learn how to create Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Receiving, and Invoice records in Maximo. This class covers the purchase of an item, receiving of the item, and invoicing to close out the lifecycle.

1. Getting Started: Navigating & Searching in IBM Maximo 7.6.1.x
2. IBM Maximo 7.6.1.x Inventory & Procurement Overview

Course Description: 

•  Create and approve a PR
• Create a PO from the approved PR
• Add a work log
• Complete the PO 
• Revise a PO
• Receive the PO
• Return items and services
• Return items
• Void receipts
• Create invoices
